You are very lucky to have been able to have spent time with your Mom this Christmas season; with Covid cases being so high here in Southern California I have not been able to see my Mom for many many months and I am missing her so badly. Hoping I will be able to have Christmas with her next year.

Hi Dana... yes all was calm in my house. First time it was just me and my husband. It was a little sad, but at the same time no demands on me for hosting big. My illness makes me exhausted easily. How wonderful to have your Mom for a couple of weeks! Such a blessing!
I love your items! I am FINALLY getting 1/2 of my living room furniture today! The sofa and ottoman! It has been since MARCH! Ugh! The “recliner” comes in a few MORE weeks! Insane !!! I’m wanting to do the fur also for my KITTIES! They will be on it...so I need something that looks nice and I think fur is perfect for winter (. And kitty hair will blend perfect ...LOL 🤪)
I shop a lot of Etsy also... those poor small business are suffering! Love that shelve...wish I had counter space! AND love those Mugs with the different pine trees!

Great video Dana. I am subscribing to your new channel. So happy you had a great holiday. Mine was fine and actually I really appreciated enjoying the quiet and not going to someone else’s house!. My family is getting smaller with every passing year, so this is good practice. Love you and your videos. I want those salt keepers from Amazon. So much more convenient for cooking and baking. I may use the second one for pepper. A lot easier then shaking too much out of a shaker container. I like Etsy as well, found some things I like. I am taking my Christmas decorations down on January 8th. I am going to make those cookies you posted on your last video with the sprinkles.

@@chanelgreen4959 Yup. Everything is closed again until January 28 - minimum. No stores - only for essentials so the grocery stores are open. No gyms, restaurants are open. These are just crazy times!

Yes taking down the decor! Ugh! I’ve started but I’m also working so will really only have a few days off to try and finish. Will keep up some of the winter greenery but take down at least 80% of it. It is a chore but once you get going you get on a roll! 😂

Honestly, RUclips is getting to be such a pain. There’s been some youtubers that can’t keep up with more than one channel and have had to quit. It also makes it harder to find my favorite channels. That’s 2020 for ya I guess. I think you’re so sweet to support small business.
