Wish I had a brother to really slap me around and lay a lot of this advice on me going through my separation and divorce in 2018-2020. I was truly a pathetic being and a shell of a man. This is powerful and I pray it reaches every man who needs to hear it.
Went through this 5 years ago. Worst heartbreak ive ever been through but also never was so motivated to turn things around. Ryan is absolutely spot on with everything he says. Focus on all areas of your life and set short/medium and long term goals in each category and over time you will have your purpose with a lot of self love and self respect back and will look back on it as a blessing. Much love to all going through this now, focus on yourselves men, best of luck ❤

This helps. Im going through this now. Hope everything works out for me in the end. Im ahead of the dark (permanent solution to temporary problem phase) thankfully. Still have a tremendous uphill battle to climb. Appreciate your work, man.

Don't ignore red flags about her when dating. At all. Whatever ppl tell you about her from an outsider's perspective is valid. They're not drunk on love or lust like you are and can be objective.
I list 2 friends to suicide in the last 24 months. Don’t do it guys. Get help, workout, run and spend some time in nature with your friends. Talk to your friends.
