Amazing footage. I love the authenticity of people's happiness to be on camera. The lens has changed us. It seems like now people have fun with the camera in mind, instead of the camera just being there to capture the moment. You see this too much: the "we're at Starbucks" cameo, or the "hamming it up at the mall" shot. We lose a certain something when we constantly view our own lives through cameras and pictures, rather than our own two eyes...

Really reminds me when I was little my mom used to take me to Venice Beach in California to roller skate when it would get chilly. I really miss roller skating, it was something I did so much growing up. Even when I was a baby my mom would put me in the stroller and stroll me around while she skated
