Join the devices to Intune.
Create app group
Add the machines to the group.
Deploy the app to the group.

This software run on admin pc. It connect to romete pc with objSWbemServices, So, you just change Set oWMIObjSet=oWMISrvEx.ExecQuery(sWQL) to oWMIObjSet=objSWbemServices.ExecQuery(sWQL)
