Our Perkins generator getting over voltage alarm and engine is stopped phase to phase coming 380v but line to phase coming 270 v but we need 220v how to adjust
brother, that problem is because your generator is not producing correct voltage, solution: go to voltage regulator module, that is in generator area, adjust voltage in that module, is an small box, most voltage regulator bring, voltage, frequency, and sync. maybe you need to open little door in generator area. Maybe is different in your generator, just look for that "voltage regulator".
@@hs9ehq1 some times your generator is not reaching 1800 RPM, you must check your fuel filters, change for new filters, if your engine is not getting enough fuel your engine is not running at 1800 RPM, if your engine reach correct RPM and alarm is activate, go to voltage regulator and set your voltage with an small screw driver.
Sir,my generator phase n line voltage Normal but when generator running deepsea display will show under voltage n warning,after few minutes genset stop . Display show under frequency..why? Any idea

just adjust your voltage from voltage regulator module in generator area. you will need an screw driver ; )

My machine has been adjusted to 1500rpm and has been checked by the company. Change engine oil every year
