I spent my teenage years and 20s trying to copy things out of men’s health magazines to try to get the physique that I have now but never could because I was getting bad advice from those magazines and from people who just knew “bro science”.
After learning how to adjust my diet and use proper training technique along with consistency, I saw how much easier it can be to achieve a great physique; and I want to help others to do the same. 😉

Can you show a full workout that she does or you do with her? Would he useful to see what kind of workouts I could do with my gf
I’m going to have more videos coming soon on how I use the rack in workouts. It’s a common misconception that women should or need to do different types of workouts. Males and females have the same muscles, and I program the same exercises that I do for my wife in her workouts.
