AFK onion pancakes were basic food on the east of Ukraine in soviet-provoked hunger times of soviet occupation. My grandma shoved this recipe (but without tomatoes). They taste like deruny (hashbrowns), but the smell of onion imitates meaty taste.
I saw clips of village, country life in Ukraine a few years ago. Young people showcasing wealth, real wealth, like this: happy animals, rich soils, healthy food, calm people. Hope their bully neighbour gets a new leader, less corrupt and evil than the current fecker.
Мій особистий (не плутати з ОСОБЛИВИМ) рецепт сьогоднішньої юшки · 1,2 літри води (кип'яченої..) · 25 грам цибулі · 35 грам моркви зі шкіркою відмитою від бруду · одну маленьку картоплинку... дуже тоненько почистити. · 90 грам перлової крупи · молоті внутрішні шкірки грецького горіху (молоти спеціально знайденим каменем об камінь) · зашкурена знайде шкірка від лимона (очищена відмита, дрібно порізана) · прострочена знайдена гвоздика, продувана особисто від пилу й іншого. · · краплин з 2-3 перли олії · сіль кіко вжеє · перець, як і солі · крихту лимонної кислоти · · · І останнє, то НАЙГОЛОВНІШЕ - крихту любові поєднану з надією .. · = все закинути о окріп і дочекатися доки звариться до консистенції у якій вже є каструлі.
