- Since birth CHaD patient Alliyah has had to overcome the devastating symptoms of living with Sickle Cell Disease. After two years in a wheelchair she now looks forward to the opportunity to try out for her school’s track team.

My son is five they say he have Sickle Cell Disease. He had no crisis's. The doctor told me he had the worse causes of sickle cell Disease. When he was one he would be very sick. I reject every bad report. I only believe the report of the Lord. My son is healthy. Just turn five over the weekend. I gave a testimony on my channel. To show of God goodness and grace on our life. I feed him healthy, I pray and I fast.
I am 33 years old turning 34 this year. I have sickle cell anemia. I want to tell you this, not to doubt your faith but just as information. As a baby/infant our fetal hemoglobin is pretty high. This is the reason we did not suffer crisis at such a young age, however as we grow older our fetal hemoglobin declines. I have a particularly high fetal hemoglobin for my age, but recently I started to experience more and more crisis. I am bless to have made it through the experiences that I've been in and I hope your son does the same or better than I. Here are some things I have done to manage: hydration, water is important. Excercise, I workout 4-5 times a week, be sure to rest as long as needed as we have trouble transporting oxygen but excercise has done wonders as long as its done at your pace. Hot showers whenever a crisis comes along, also some pain medicine because it is very strong. And this is embarrassing but must be talked about. If your son ever experiences priaprism, have him excercise. Doing push ups/pull ups are a great way to redirect the blood flow. My mom put all her faith in God when I was young, and still does to this day. I'm not particularly religious, but maybe in some strange way, that continued to give me the strength to carry on. @@ddotdollaz My son fetal hemoglobin decrease he will be six. His body start to make some Hemoglobin A. Fasting and prayer break every yoke. I feed him healthy alot of blending up smoothie and green juice. He is very active.

@@ddotdollaz These sickness are generational curse. They are from our bloodline. Our ancestors sin against God. Worshipping idols and blood sacrifice. It fall on the 1-3 generational. We have to break the curse. By doing warfare burning the ancestors altars. Breaking the covenant setting it on fire. Aggressive warfare prayers. This might be too much for you. I just went deep into spirtual things. I didn't go too deep though. I pray someone will take this and put it to use.

I can't be stopped either but I am always being home just because of my grandmother. I hate being home ALL DAY long EVERYDAY LONG!!!!! My own mother doesn't want to put up with me and my dad's in prison my grandma took me in but I'm now a grown behind man, man. I'm a 20 year old man, man and I just can't get out of this dog own house. And yes, it sucks that I can't get out.

I don’t know you or anything but you say you’re 20. I’m not sure if it’s a comfort thing but it sounds like you need to just get out there and go do it. Your life isn’t going to change unless you start making changes for yourself. Good luck on your journey.
