    If I purchase chocolate melts from the supermarket, does the ratio remain unchanged?

    Is there any different using whipping cream and double cream?
    Sometimes I got a little bit runny using whipping cream.

      I would say it depends on brand that you are using. Try to use with higher % of fat. I like heavy whipping cream from BJ club it has 36% fat. If you can find 40% fat even better. Check label of the cream for fat %. I haven’t seen double cream in my area, can not comment on that.

    What happens if you put it in the fridge? Does it get hard?

      @@alessiacascino3196 no, it’s not gonna get hard. Ganache is smooth filling in the macarons and holds shape.
