Beth ! I love you! Thank you so much for such kind and beautiful message . I will definitely be back. Its been a looooong time . Till then you keep practicing and proving them all wrong ;-)
Hi, Ewelina! I like your Polish lessons! You know mój son's friend is from Poland and after almost 2 years they had a baby boy. I love my daughter in law! I live in Italy. I haven't found a video with all family members in Polish. I try to find it but but don't see any videos you teaching more family members. Prosze, make another one. Dziekuje.
my boyfriend's Polish and all his family are too. I need some help with some general small talk/general conversation types of phrases for his extended family whose English is not as good. Love your videos - so helpful!!! xx
Haha funny in your car :D I absolutely loved the garden version!! It was so relaxes and peaceful. Perfect to study 😍 Can you do a video about asking for things/ like "can you pass me", "Can/May I have" in various situations like restaurants, bakery, at the table... or how to order food and get the bill and everything? Thanks so much for your work 😍
Hi Ewelina, I miss you and your channel. End of April I go to Kraków with my daughter and I wanted to learn so much more Polish! I think Polish is a wonderful language but not so easy. And you, Ewelina, are a really really talented teacher and I want to see you much more often. I am from Germany!
hey , if you haven’t already done this please could you do a video where you say the rules of how to turn infinitives , such as “to write” into past, present & future tense please :) x
Sometimes it’s too loud so I have to listen to u with subtitles but because it’s polish it makes up these hilarious words like ‘oi chips’ or ‘oi geez muma’ lmaoooo! Tysm Ewelina i know so much now cause of u!
Hi Ewilina, Thanks so much for these videos it is helping me a lot. I now live in Poland so hopefully I will learn it faster. Polish will be the third language I can speak. May I make a couple of suggestions. Perhaps say place names in Polish and their pronunciations. Also perhaps things you will need to say in a supermarket for example. Keep up the good work
Would like to see names for polish foods and how to pronounce some polish foods, such as cabbage rolls, pierogi, kielbasa, beets, polish soup with cabbage, etc.
Love these videos they really help could you do a video about what to say around the table eg thank you for the food or can you pass the... thank youu! Xx
Hello ewelina .i really enjoyed to watch you and to listen everytime you speak polish ..its really good . Polish language is very good but it so hard to pronounce ..my boyfriend is polish
It's been so long ago hearing polish words, but I kinda remember hearing the head scarf for women as ba bu ska. Is that even close ? I also remember wearing knit cap with a little knit ball on top, and the local kids tormenting us with slurs, so we cut the ball off and it was OK. That was back in 1945-46 . We learned to fight early in life. It seems like mama is pretty the norm for most languages. Thanks, enjoy watching your videos and taking the time for old guys like me. ...Ken Bartlett... Yeah I know, that sure doesn't sound Polish to me. I tell my wife I changed my name from Bartlettski years ago. She's not amused.
Thanks for your lessons. They helped me a lot :-) What about a film about nicknames like kotku...sloneczko...etc. Many thanks from Germany Tomcio (That is the Polish Girls call me)
Dzień dobry Ewelina i know alot of words polish but I can't understanding when people conversion so what can I do dzięki for ur lessons good it's helping really bardzo
It is a difficult language. My polish friend Renia speaks German, Russian, and English, and taught herself English 18 years ago, when she came to the UK. If she talks on the phone, I can make out the gist of the conversation, but it's hard. Ewilina is a good teacher.
Did anyone else crack up when they learned the word for "brother" is "brat"? I instantly told my brother I was right about him all along :D Also, I noticed the words for aunt and uncle are missing? My aunt (who's from Poland) is so excited I"m learning Polish and I was hoping to be able to call her "auntie" in Polish next time I talk to her :)
Many greetings from the frozen wastelands of Michigan! Thank you for making this channel, one of my worst personal failings is, I wasm't interested in learning the tongue until it was too late, and my Father and his Parents had gone. I was wondering if you might consider teaching 'Blood Brother' 'Heathen' and/or 'Specter' ( any names for evil spirits would be neat ) I know they sound like strange choices......which they are. Anyhow, have a great weekend!
Czesc ! I like this kind of video. I have an idea. What about to record while you're driving ? If you're not confortable to drive and talk about polish language, you can drive on a straight clean road with no car traffic, or maybe to drive ina busy city downtown and talk about what you see on the streets (the other cars doing wrong stuff), in polish, and later put the subtitles in english.
Thanks for sharing information about relations . It was very great . I want to know about the name of human organs in polish for example ( brain , liver , heart , kidney, intestine , spleen , pancreas , stomach , lungs ,muscles , veins artery and nerves ) .
How about aunt/uncle? My Babcie passed away a few years ago and she was the last one of our family who spoke the language. My aunt Krysia and I remember aunt being said different ways and the internet seems to have different versions of saying it!
Ewelina, I hope you can help me because I don't even know how to spell the name that I'm asking about. But here goes: My mother's side of the family is Polish. Her mothers last name is Tuminski, and her father's last name is Zajack. My question is about the name I used to call my grandfather. I can't find it online, but it may be because I can't spell it, or I'm mispronouncing it. (I was a child when I remember visiting him). To the best of my ability and spelling, it was like saying something like Jud Jah or Gah Gah. Can you help me, or correct me? Thanks so much😊
@@itsewelina Maybe that's what I was supposed to be saying🤔😊 Thank you so very much for the reply. I'm loving your channel and I'm learning quit a bit.👍💛

When we were kids, we were taught to call our grandfather? Dzia Dzia. Do you do the same?
This subject is really useful! :)
What is the plural of ojciec (fathers)? Is it really ojcowie, so irregular?

You would have to attach the camera somewhere in the (inside of the) car, to free your both hands, ofcourse. :-)
