    ah nice! Together with the truck design this is very nice! I first did'nt see the bennefits of it because it was so slow... But now whe it also automatic loads the truck it is actually much faster then normal loading by forktruck... Great automation process

    You have to buy the system plus a new “fancy” trailer. It seems expensive to start out.

    Great way to help without labor, we can implement very easily
    in our operation with safe way & save a lot of time and huge cost, we can
    also enhance our daily trips with dedicate fleet.

    In kurz: Nice sache.

      They still need people to build pallets, put them on a wrapping machine, and jump on a forklift to put the pallet on the rollers. Even if they had automated forklifts that would do all of that, you still have to put boxes on the pallet for the machines.
      If every single thing in the warehouse was automated, then they would just train you to do maintenance on the equipment and learn repairs. If the automation is fast enough, then they just train workers to do work orders and BOL papers.

      100 Years ago 95% of us were farmers.... You don't here the 90% that were displaced complaining about jobs. It provides opportunity to do more productive and beneficial work than loading a trailer, something that an automated system can handle. Soon we won't even need the truck driver to transfer the goods from A to B. Imagine the millions of hours saved and the possibilities that arise from that amount of man hours being available.

      In a trailer van its contained as long as their is no possible way for the freight to shift in transport you are okay

    The warehouse owner must own the trucks because you would need rollers on the trailer to push that much weight into the truck. Sliding the pallets would tear up the floor of a used trailer.

    • @JaCk0oO
      @JaCk0oO 6 лет назад +3

      Dan C didn’t you see the rollers rotating on the trailer you mong?

    • @Flunkerdunk
      @Flunkerdunk 5 лет назад +1

      @@JaCk0oO That is why he said the warehouse owner must own those trucks. I think he means the warehouse owner must own those trucks (and trailers).
      The point he was trying to convey was that a normal owner operator or trucking company is not going to have a special trailer for this auto loader design unless they sign some sort of lease deal that allows them to pull the warehouse's special trailer equiped with these rollers.
      He was basically saying that the warehouse would be extremely limited on how many trucks could pull their freight due to most drivers refusing to accept the load due to long term damage on their equipment due to a lack of rollers.

    Now take the time to imagine fully electric autonomous truck that is capable of being wirelessly charge by the roadway and also in constant wireless contact with an automated factory like this one we already have created an autonomous distribution network the human labor scene in the video I believe personally is absolutely unnecessary but the combination of this technology we can have a system that no longer requires the use of monetary economics
