Love the way you do your video's, no talk all action. perfect. I was a chef myself from the age of 16, taught by Greeks lol I love the Greek Almond eggs yum. Great recipe, it reminds me of what I ate tonight except I included homemade garlic bread. lol very similar. Thumbs up :) :) :)
@@recipe30 Greek style shis kebabs were my favorite. Lemon, thyme, & garlic marinated beef overnight in the fridge. Then next day put on skewers with pieces of onion, capsicum & the beef. At the place I managed a bistro at 16 lol the orders were mainly those Kebabs with salad & chips I would have also added Pineapple to the skewers on the grill if I had been the owner lol You can sell food anywhere even people fishing , all they would have to do is get no bites & smell the food your cooking lol You could have a boat eatery. Make heaps of money enjoying the ocean. An idea I was tossing around once ;)
I watched one video where the lady gave her entire family tree, not saying it wasn’t nice but all seem to talk 45 minutes to an hour about their history and the history of the pasta. If I wanted a history lesson I’d google it lol. When they got to the pasta making it’s literally 10 minutes of it lol

I'm histerically crying inside to see this due to my undying love for mushroom and cheese tortellini. My family is obsessed with five cheese tortellini and after some time I literally run out of ideas on what to cook it with. The white wine sauce is excellent. Make a similar sauce for Rasta pasta. Love it
