I have lot's of great memories thruout the decades at the Drag Strips across the world!
What ever happend to the best wheelstand car on the west coast Smokey Red ? That car did it all . Wheelstands , 1/4mile burnouts and heads up racing . And talk about beautiful . Man , the good ol days . Thanks Count .
I always wanted to meet the Owner, Driver, and Mechanic of the Little Red Wagon. Never knew that Bill Maverick Golden was all one. August 1997 I seen the Little Red Wagon in Grand Bend Ont. Across from the Flying Dutchman.
Had no idea there were so many wheelstanders! The Little Red Wagon, one of the most famous of all, is sitting in a lean to rotting, won't let anyone touch it.

You left out a few. One was the '55 Chevy known as The Blitz, War Wagon, and another Chevy call Jolly Green Giant. They ran at Great Lakes, Oswego, and US-30.
