It is your choice to not wear them, and I respect that, but I don't think you have the right to say "No one else should wear these type of clothes" mate
In Islam, giving away clothes of these types and help spread those sins isn't exactly good, donating will go for people who actually need clothes, people that are shelterless and have no food, so giving them clothes like this won't help, if you think about it, people who need those donations are people who need warmness and shelter, not half naked clothes that won't help but show 50% of their body + not help with giving them any warmth.

@@hk5572 those clothes are just clothes not haram. It depends on how you style it. For example you could wear the skirt under baggy robes all day. Allah has instructed us not to waste anything as it is the habit of shaitan. As a comment has already pointed out some people can not even afford clothes. Besides someone under aged with a similar size could wear them
