From Chick to Freezer: Raising and Processing Organic Chickens

In this video we show the process of raising our own organic, pasture-raised Cornish Cross chickens over the course of 11 weeks. You'll get to see the housing, maintenance, cost break down and preservation methods we used.
We enjoy raising this breed in the summer and have had much success in the past. This time around we started too late in the season and ran into more difficulties than we had expected. This is a way to show others what we did wrong so you can learn from our mistakes!
