When you get older you start to realize you don't give a fuck about people and they are a pain in the ass. Some people live their lives by ruining others. Best tip I can give you that has worked for me is to talk to someone you trust and that won't just brush your feelings to the side. For me I just recently told my parents how I am mentally and they helped me tremendously. In the past it was a friend of mine who i was once really close to. Just know you got this!!!😁😁 tell your hating ass mind that you are strong, you are amazing, you smart, and fucking gorgeous and that it needs a life.🥰
