Hi Sis Boni. I hear you mina 8:20. Please do a Mining video with people in Production and Processing specifically i.e. Drillers, Mining Engineers(Ventilation, Overseers, Managers), Shift Supervisers, Geologists, Rock Engineers, Metallurgists etc. Basically, lets exclude artisans, drivers, finance and HR people for once - those are like tech support roles here in mining 😅 We want people who deal with the actual substance. There is sooooo muuch variety in there. People in production can be managers with just a matric or a basic undergrad. Thats the beauty of this industry. You learn on the job. Its also a great space for kids in rural areas. The growth potential is HUUUUUUGE.
Hi Bonni, can you please make a video on SHEQ, occupational health and safety officers and practitioners in the mining, oil, petrol, chemical and construction industry. Much love thanks
I've done these, but not in detail. I think it was with other salaries. The video was not focusing on them. Hopefully, someone will see this and send something through.
That 26 year old is not make sure. The salary is not a lot for a foreman. His age does not align with his experience and qualifications, unless he studied online
Hi Bonni please do more content with people that are in mining but difference positions like HR ,Accountants and Safety Officers

Not yet but let's continue to request more salaries from this industry.
hi Boni, have you gotten payslips of general workers in thee automotive industry? heard they earn a lot
No, I've seen other d3partments, and yes, those ones earn well, even an apprentice. Toyota pays good money.
I think the foreman completed his matric at the age of 17 and did 3years in UJ...just assuming🤷♂️
You don't need to go to university to be a foreman

@@njabulomnyandeni8424 yeah but he specifically has a degree in mining engineering so he did got to uni

Is a foreman in construction different from mining because in construction a foreman is not an engineer. Maybe it's just in construction.

I'll ask him to verify
