i think the pani puris water was like mixed with the sweet pani we get in our streets so it tasted sweet and yes the pani puri dumpes the puri fully so we have to eat it instantly so dosent fall off

indian food to try in your next video - vada pav (very famous in mumbai and is a spicy potato tikki with 2 soft buns- call it a burger IF U WANNA GET CANCELLED) dal makhani with lacha paratha (soooo buttery and its all vegetarian!) aloo tikki (personally my favourite street food- a potato hash brown with chutneys and betroot and onion and raddish on top!) and barfi for sweet! (made with cashews and EVERYONE loves having barfis for special occasions)

Hey guys. I just started watching a few of your videos the past few days. I didn’t realize you are in Canada until now. I was raised in Canada as well, but ethnically Indian. Glad to see you exploring so many of our traditional foods. The pani puri’s are addictive. Some Indian buffets have them. If they do I’ll have about 20 as my appetizer before getting into the main courses haha. Recommend you give chaat papri a try as well. That was my favourite Indian snack food as a kid when we used to go down to Gerard street (in Toronto). If you can find an Indian dessert called kalakand that can be really good as well if you find a place that makes a really smooth and creamy version. There’s a place near me where they are amazing. They are sold at Indian sweet shops that sell barfi. I’ve also got a trick to take regular sweet shop gulab jamun to the next level. Let me know if you’re interested and I’ll share my recipe. I’m a big time foodie as well haha.

You can drink the paani (spiced water, not sauce, for paani puri). That's the actual best part! Also, paani puri in India will taste amazing. It is also called Golgappa in some parts of India. It is totally different from the packaged puri balls that you get int the States.
Usually there are different flavours for Pani Puri maybe you ate the sweet one but the sour & spice tastes much better. Also there are about 30-40 different flavours of Pani puris in India.........

The red lays aren’t less crunchy it varies packet to packet so some chips taste different than others
I think the lays from india are more crunchy as they have the pattern on them and that let’s the chips fry properly.😊
