CA sahib 12 lac ka salab nahi hee . Ye choot under section 87A he ye slab wali choot nahi hee. Tax is not nil up to 12 lac. The tax will be calculated as per slabs and will be subject to provisions of above section. Are CA sahib app galat bol rehe hoo

12 saal me ek mnc company me 28000 rupay aata hai kya private employee ki salery se sarkar ka koi lena nhi hai usme 20000 kist ka kat jaata h ghar ka ab 8000 me kon sa bachho ko padaker paise bachta h kya hum logo ke liye government ko kuchh nhi karna chahiye

Wrong . Advertisement only.
You have to pay tax as per schedule tax slabe if you earned more than 12 lac p.a..
Definitely some benefit compared to present slabe.but महँगाई के विस्फोटक हालत में middle class को बेहतर Relief की उम्मीद थी...
कहां Corporate tax rate और कहां Salary based( individual)middle class tax rate...?
