Hello I started playing learning volleyball about 8 months ago and is pretty good all around but recently I sprained my wrist on my dominate hand and after 3 weeks of healing and not being able to play spiking seems harder like I just for got how to spike any tips on how to get back in the groove faster

I feel like number 2 is jumping way too late for the block, he has the height and the vertical, he can jump earlier and by earier I mean when he is actually suposed to jump
