When I was working in Jeddah I lived on Pakistani food literally. Daal Maash , Chicken Kadahi and the unlimited rotis.... Kebabs ...Love from India.

Hyderabad is also famous for its mutton Haleem, Nahari, Paya and lots more non veg stuff. Hyderabadi mutton biryani (dum biryani) tops the chart :) We consume a lot of delicious variety of food in our dawats too so must try shadi wala khana from Hyderabad !!
Being Hyderabadi this was my suggestion. Over all you’ll find so many interesting and diverse street food in India! Every state has its own speciality down south to up north. You must visit India just for it’s food culture once.

Ingredients in Pav Bhaji are vegetables like cauliflowers, carrots, potatoes and peas cooked in pav bhaji masala with onions, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Garnished with some chopped coriander leaves and chopped onions served with lime. Love from Mangalore, India - a land of kori rotti, chicken sukka, neer dosa, sannas, goli bajje and buns.

If you want to try new cuisine is you can try from South India; Masala Dosa, Idli, Medu Vada & Sambar.
Basically you will find variety of taste and flavours in different part of country.
Gujrat: Dhokla, Khandvi, Undhiyo.
Rajasthan: Dal bati Churma & Kachori, Laal Maas (Red Meat).
Kerala & south India: mentioned above but there will be many more but this consumed highest.

Nihari is a Lucknow invention, Just like Urdu is Lucknow invention. Just because it's more popular in Pakistan doesn't mean Pakistan region invented it.
To be honest most Pakistani regions were having more vegetarians than non vegetarian before partition.

Yes, Pav bhaji and wada pav are from Bombay. Along with pani puri, try if u r getting BHEL puri as well. Bombay’s local Marathi food is Wada pav, Misal Pav, Kanda Poha. In non veg, Delhi Darbar Restaurant in Bombay is famous for Mughali foods specially Bombay style Biryani its too good. You get Shan spices, Mehran spices from Pakistan, even they have a product called as Bombay style Biryani. Much love from Bombay.

Sweets me Surat(Gujarat) ki Ghari, Kolkata ke Rasgulle, Gulab jamun, Mathura ke paithe, Gajar ka Halwa, Dudh ke Mave ka Halwa, Dudhi ka Halwa, Suttar feni from Khambhat(Gujarat), there are so many dishes in India.

1. Chhole bhature ke bhature were undercooked, they become thing and fluffy like a balloon in authentic places and authentic chhole have dried pomegranate seeds and are darker
2. Vada pav is from Mumbai, has a mix of veggies like brinjal potato capsicum carrots peas all mashed together after boiling and flavoured with gravy of tomatoes and onions

Hi Abdul and Fazal!! In Indian street food which is very popular in north India are momos. Momos are north eastern indian cuisine but it's very popular in entire north India. They are actual steam dimsums which are made in 3 vocations normally- veg momo, chicken momo, paneer momo. They come with red chutney and they literally melt in your mouth.
