I find it very hard to workout as I’m not extremely fit but I keep fit through dance and hockey but I have no space in my house. Any tips to keep motivation?
There's no need for space. I think everyone has atleast 5 ft wide space in their bedroom or at any place at their home. I also do workout in my bedroom only. And the best motivation u can use if u r single is that if u will have a good and fit body then it will increase the chances of getting a handsome/beautiful partner. Sry for dumb talks by me but frankly speaking this is my only motivation.
