I would like to build a dashboard that creates a list from a related table, from multiple inputting agencies. These agencies will be inputting over several days and some several times a day. Here is my issue, I only want to view the most recent (relevant) input from each agency. Right now all I can do is display all the inputs.. any ideas?
Hi Geethaka, thanks for watching. To answer your question, dashboards do not provide any sort of data editing capability. They are meant for the 'presentation' of data only.

If the people are not part of the organization, the dashboard should be referenced via the generic www.arcgis.com domain, not the organizational domain. You could edit your attributes in the arcgis online webmap that your dashboard will feed from
