Today I made a side dish using winter vegetables popular in Taiwan that I bought at the market.
All of these vegetables are hard to find in Japan, and they are all unique to Taiwan.
The vegetables may not be rare to Taiwanese people, but we Japanese cook them in a different way than usual, so we thought it would be a good idea to use them as a reference.
I hope you will find this video useful, and when we return to Japan someday, we will be nostalgic for the vegetables we used to eat in Taiwan.
There are still other vegetables and parts of meat that are rare to Japanese people, so if you have any requests for cooking such vegetables
