Masazuka’s oil baron assasination and his brutal slaying of the school students are right up there with the best choreographed film depictions of how ninja carried out their workings. Good movie thanks!

One of the best movies of Scott Adkins
Some movies are just magic, watching them you still withdraw from living as all your faculties are totally enslaved to the captivating visual. The sublime plot, amazing hero and antihero, the tempo, quality violence and the plausible fiction..wow! Those who have watched Ninja Assassin 2 know what im talking about. This movie is very much reminiscent of the Ninja Assassin. Frankly speaking before I didn't take shine to Scott Adkins' movies being a die-hard fan for old school Hollywood heroes but starting with this masterpiece i think I will have to give Adkins a chance

I'm a man of color and I love the way that Scott Atkins and character bridge the gap of culture and race and was judged by spirit. Martial artist of over 30 years I believe this is the true spirit. Of course with the exception of the antagonist. I am so in love with the ninja series by Scott Atkinson and in my personal opinion think that this is some of the best work he is ever done. From the authenticity of this set design of the movie to the redwood weapons in both staffs use a lot was put into this movie and it was truly underrated and should have been on the big screen. I thought the relationship he had with his Japanese wife was just so loving as I romantic at heart and it was so painful to see her have to be removed from the series. I wish somehow there could be even a third sequel and his character be continued.
My old karate teacher has about 15 videos on utube showing breaking techniques. He was a Grandmaster with 10 degrees and was inducted into the the Black Belt Hall of Fame. His name is Elton Trower. Do you have videos also??

Apologizing because in the beginning of that movie the antagonist are full of jealous on the protagonist he can't control, that's why he wants to kill the protagonist in the first place. You said that apologize on outsider right. The antagonist is not outsider in the beginning of the movie because he is a student of martial arts but the reason why he become an outsider it because his master kick him because of bad attitude that he showed. I think you fast forward on the fight scenes you didn't watch the whole story.
But again, I shared my insights in that movie it's not about true to life story or not but the important is the lesson we can get in watching a movie and we can apply to our selves. You have your own interpretation and I have mine.
