In Device maintenance go to restore and restore your printer if still not resolved then upgrade the firmware.
Hi, Our hp M501 will not read the paper tray but we always have paper! Why does it show this add paper error? Thanks
hi,This happens when paper size doesn't match. Go to printer setting and set default paper size A4 if you use A4 paper in the tray. and also clean the roller for tray 1 and 2 from tissue paper
