    Nice. In my view, it might be misleading to say E Dorian over Em6 unless you are suggesting changing the key from B to E, which is highly unlikely in such a short span. It is better to describe it as B minor/B Dorian scales plus targeting the G note, which is in neither scale but is there in Em chord.

      Thanks! Good point, E Dorian and B minor scale is the same thing. But it highlights note C#, that is the spice on Em6.
