Been looking for a vid that explains this, it's so simple yet it never crossed my mind, never thought I'd find the answer in a 3 year old comment, thanks.
Medium and low never works for me. My rule of thumb is within 10 seconds of dropping the eggs into the pan you should be able to start 'twisting' it. If it's still runny then the heat wasn't enough.and if it's cooked enough to stick to the pan then the heat was too much.
@SugarSwap I like your video thanks for posting. What type of soy sauce exactly did you pour over the omelette? It looks far too viscous to normal soy sauce. Thanks
Reduce the heat a bit.. cooking slower gives you time for more turns

Making the mother of all omelets here Jack, can't fret over every Egg
Did you pour that in the water? What was that in the pan already before the egg?
It worked perfectly well. The only problem now I don’t have chopsticks.
Buy some, they’re pretty cheap.
Go to a chinese restarant, they have some
what kind of souce you make?
looked perfect
How i order vs how it comes
That looks only half cooked..?😳
Its fine with eggs, as long as you buy free ranged
Eww you’re right 😝
@@alison1979 I'll have half cooked eggs any day. It's best over rice like they did there. Like even normal fried egg is amazing like that
It continues to cook as you take it to the table and sit down. It is creamier tasting than so many people who make their eggs rubbery.
Just microwave it
Aren't you supposed to heat the other side??
Nice nasi goreng pattaya :)
Do i have to make the pan really hot before i put the egg?
Pretty sure
No he said use low heat to make it easier
Yes, very hot.
@@oswaldoarteta7438 low heat would not be possible

thanks a lot for the tips, but i founded that is also a good idea to use butter instead of oil and cook at low heat, then it's all practicing.
@@coviren that is true.. Butter acts as a non stick fat n also improves the taste of omelette
Why did you pour gravy in it?
Bro it is not gravy that is Demi glace
Жаль нет рецепта!
Thats a dang twirlmullete jesus
🤤Ugh!🤤 Whats that saucey stuff?

Mine didn’t work. Is it because I used egg whites 😅
Everything was going perfect until you poured the sauce at the end and ruined it all

Wth is that
It's called an egg
Is that oil or water in the pan?
It's butter..
@@SugarSwap 😂
Water!!! Put water donkey. Then drop the egg with its skinn too to make it crunchy and juicy
Question: what is the brown sauce?
Hey.. It's soy sauce. You can substitute with your choice of sauce though.
@@SugarSwap ew that sounds like it be too salty
Soy sauce it's very salty
@@silentry yeah you reduce it with water to minimize the salty taste
