@@RoRockerB Yup, that was me Val gave a lesson ;) I learned that pain is in my mind....notice how the last strike "remains"...he spots that...confuses m...and the strike was "gone"...open a door in my mind that did ^^ And yes, Systema is always fake...until you get hit ;)
@@TerracideDK dude! Sweet!! I've done many martial arts... From boxing, chinese kenpo, FMA (Filipino martial arts, then on to JKD and BJJ and Catch wrestling.The journey has been long... But the one that has my spirit is Systema. From Val to Ryabko n Vasiliev, Kadichnikov... They are all connected yet still different... But the underlying principles are there... Each one had their particular strengths or focus... Sorry, long-winded here...i haven't had the honor of participating in a seminar yet with an Systema instructor. Look forward to it though! I'm glad you experienced it!
