I am glad I live in the country. We keep bees,grow vegetables, fruit, and herbs. We hunt,forage, and fish. Amaranth is easy to grow and a good substitute for many grains. Sunchokes are a good survival food and it grows for free as it is a native plant in America. People in cities are in real trouble. Because they don't know how to survive. Two things that will determine life or death is adaptation and how calm you are.Learn to do things.
I only have 7 of the foods the post says 8 1. Honey, 2. Rice, 3. Dried Beans,4. Canned Meats, 5.Salt,6. Pasta, 7. Peanutbutter I’ve went over this video 3 times even went through the transcripts 😊 I don’t know what #8 was supposed be to be but I will add cornmeal CORNBREAD,Beans & fried potatoes & you have a meal
Where I live you can't have basements. No one will build them due to how hard the soil is as it damages construction equipment, but if I could, believe me I would.
