    Thank you! I have this code on my KIA Forte 2013 EX 2.0L with 163K miles. Found some tutorials on how change the temp sensor but nothing that goes in depth on what the code actually is.

    Hi I had a P0711.00 code on my 2017 Chevrolet Camaro SS code was deleted from system but that was 12 months ago but it never come back with that check engine code again I’m just wondering, could this have been a glitch on the engine transmission fluid temperature sensor? Thanks

    Hello mate, i've got this code on my hyundai terracan 2.9 crdi from 2004. But the thing is it's a manual transmission and im wondering if that's even possible, does it even have that sensor? Could it be the ECU setup to an automatic? Please help me out here man

      It is best to get a manual or diagram for your specific vehicle but yes, a manual transmission can have a temp sensor.

    P0711 .. faulty TFT sensor.. but other manufacturer has some ONLY sensor replacement... And affordable.. others has sensor replacement but its built in to the valve body and cost you $500.. really stupid.. !!
