You will obviously have to make separate video focusing on Connor, him escaping from prison and joining the syndicate was undoubtedly most important part of the stream. No lore can ever compare to Connor lore.
At 5:40 you mention how Punz met up with Dream that it was weird that Punz seemed happy to see that Dream had escaped. This isn't weird at all. Before Dream got imprisoned, sometime while the prison was nearing completion, Punz did a stream where he met up with Dream and Dream and him discussed that they would have to pretend to have a falling out so that no one would suspect they're actually allies. It was always part of their plan for Punz to help the others against Dream so that no one would suspect they were working together. Now that Dream is out, Dream doesn't have very many allies, and even now owes Technoblade a favour for taking weapons from him, so it'll be interesting to see who else ends up being his ally, as almost everyone on the server seems to be his enemy. As of now, I suspect that'll be Punz, Wilbur (since Wilbur considers Dream to be his "saviour" due to being revived by Dream), maybe Techno (considering they have exchanged favours before), and perhaps BadBoyHalo, since despite being a prison guard, he had advocated for Dream to be treated better in prison.
I doubt bad would be dream’s ally. he fought against dream to put him back in the prison. it’s normal to want the prisoner to be treated better, but not them to escape
Ikr, when Kian mentioned this part I as like weight maybe punz was on dreams side afterall (when punz "betrayed" dream I didn't think not getting paid more was enough for punz to betray dream like that) so I went to check punz stream and they met up. And also I watched a part of the stream your were talking about punz "betraying" dream. And now I'm like wow it came full circle😄
Potential Theory: When Dream disappeared from Sapnap's sight, he hid away but stalked Sapnap all the way to Kinoko Kingdom in secret. This outcome could be possible as Dream could've been anywhere when Sapnap was returning, so I'm saying Dream followed him to there to discover the location Sapnap resides in and would plan an attack when the time is right
This was my exact thought as sapnap was running back to Kinoko. When sapnap dropped dreams armour to show it to Karl I was expecting an enderpearl from dream.

I don’t think Connor is actually part of the syndicate, or at least not at the same level as the rest (currently anyways). I am pretty Technoblade “invited” Connor because he needed to cover up what he said to Niki and Phil.
I am very excited to see what will happen now that dream escaped. Will he kill tommy ? Will he try to reclaim the smp ? Or will he try to kill everyone that aided in his defeat? And what will happen to ranboo ? Will dream revive him due to pressure from techno ?
To Punz situation, while back, both Punz and Dream talked to each other about how Punz is only person who still stands next to him and how Punz needs to not be on his side because that he will do something bad and that will make himself an enemy of the entire server, which kinda shows Dream's character as one who has multiple plans and backup plans, making him giant mastermind person but it seems some things didn't go as planned, one of which was Quackity torturing him and both him and Sam trapping Techno with him. Then there is Tommy's death, I think Tommy would avoid his death if he didn't kill Dream's cat that was in his cell, because of this cat, Dream found something that he can connect through and be reasured through his time in prison, Tommy killing the cat to spite/annoy Dream was a stupid fucking mistake. If someone says: "but Dream would kill Tommy anyway even without the cat" yeah, no, Dream said that this cat makes things better in this prison, then Tommy proceds to kill the cat 🤦♂️

I believe Tommy's will be killed by dream again and Tommy will see ranboo in the other side. Once Tommy comes back he will not be the same old Tommy no more. He will be completely terrified of dream and will not wish to fight him anymore and runs off or hides behind the walls. I believe Tommy deserves a villain ark in a way that he will be a threat to the whole server.
He needs to undergo a massive change. He would have to be day 1 Dream SMP Tommy, but more evil & aggressive. The other problem is that he isn't wise enough to be a villain, he needs to be smarter. All of his plans backfire on him.

And also it seems to me that from niki talking to jack and phil takiling to tommy that they both basically regret helping dream escape so maybe there being a fallout of the syndicate could be a theory aswell.
There's a theory that the canon lifes are connected to the viewers. When someone dies, the viewers become disappointed. And with enough disappointment they permanently die. The video this theory came from goes much more in depth. It's called "you are canon to the Dream SMP"

ok so my theory abt why ranboo only had one canon life is that dream used him as a test subject. tommy was the first *person* that dream tested the revive book on, not necessarily the first thing. i think dream tested the revive book on a random enderman that he had just killed and because it wasn’t meant for mobs, it turned the enderman into ranboo. that explains why he is half enderman half unknown, it’s because he’s half ghost
A theory of why Ranboo straight up became a ghost might be that he died while Enderwalking and doesn't remember. It could also be due to his experimentation on the End portal that took some of his lives while in Enderwalk.
Theory of the future lore: I believe that Dream, instead of destroying Kinoko Kingdom, he will use Karl to get Sapnap to give him his armor. Since what really matters to Sapnap in Kinoko Kingdom is Karl, in addition to the memory loss that Karl is suffering will make it easier for Dream to get his armour back. And we must not forget about Connor, since some know that a few months ago, he published a video showing us that he is Dream´s son. Also, he just joined The Syndicate, and it is quite possible that he will reveal that he is Dream´s son in one of the meetings, or that someone will found out differently. This is just my theory of the future lore, I don´t know if it makes sense enough but I tried :P

Apollo and Connor were def the most important parts of the lore. Cuz we know that Techno will hunt Sam cuz he killed Apollo. A theory i have about Connor is that he put himself in prison and knew that Techno was gonna break him out and let him join the cyndicate so he could spy on them maybe.

Here’s a dumb idea does dream have some sort of future sight that allows him to see an outcome of the future with how he planed on getting imprisioned and possibly he doesn’t know exactly what will happen with how nervous he was about techno going to free ranboo like it was something he didn’t want to happen like it will spiral into some event dream fears
Small thing I noticed: Ranboo was trying to grab the grass block before he went into the prison to try to calm down. ;n; Small theory I have: I don't think Tommy paid Punz before the season 2 finale... If you check what's in the payment, there are blocks of TNT. That is NOT something Tommy would use to pay someone, or at least I highly doubt that.
I liked to share some information about dream and punz. So not many people seem to know this but dream actually told punz to go against him, during when they met, punz said. “ I thought we were suppose to meet here ages ago.”MEANING that they already had a plan to meet. I’ve wasted so much time writing this, but this may support the, “Dream planned on going in prison” theory.

1 detail i can add to this: tommy went to the exile place to get the AXE OF PEACE, but Dream got to it first ... and then proceeds to give the Axe to Techno (the original owner) when he meets Sapnap... ok so my theory abt why ranboo only had one canon life is that dream used him as a test subject. tommy was the first *person* that dream tested the revive book on, not necessarily the first thing. i think dream tested the revive book on a random enderman that he had just killed and because it wasn’t meant for mobs, it turned the enderman into ranboo. that explains why he is half enderman half unknown, it’s because he’s half ghost
We knew it would happen, but we never knew who it would be...
A theory of why Ranboo straight up became a ghost might be that he died while Enderwalking and doesn't remember. It could also be due to his experimentation on the End portal that took some of his lives while in Enderwalk.

Theory of the future lore:
I believe that Dream, instead of destroying Kinoko Kingdom, he will use Karl to get Sapnap to give him his armor. Since what really matters to Sapnap in Kinoko Kingdom is Karl, in addition to the memory loss that Karl is suffering will make it easier for Dream to get his armour back. And we must not forget about Connor, since some know that a few months ago, he published a video showing us that he is Dream´s son. Also, he just joined The Syndicate, and it is quite possible that he will reveal that he is Dream´s son in one of the meetings, or that someone will found out differently.
This is just my theory of the future lore, I don´t know if it makes sense enough but I tried :P
So, does anyone actually know why Ranboo only had one canon life? Did he lose his other two somehow and we simply didn’t realize? Is it like Phil where he just has one for some reason?

Apollo and Connor were def the most important parts of the lore. Cuz we know that Techno will hunt Sam cuz he killed Apollo. A theory i have about Connor is that he put himself in prison and knew that Techno was gonna break him out and let him join the cyndicate so he could spy on them maybe.

Here’s a dumb idea does dream have some sort of future sight that allows him to see an outcome of the future with how he planed on getting imprisioned and possibly he doesn’t know exactly what will happen with how nervous he was about techno going to free ranboo like it was something he didn’t want to happen like it will spiral into some event dream fears

Small thing I noticed: Ranboo was trying to grab the grass block before he went into the prison to try to calm down. ;n;
Small theory I have: I don't think Tommy paid Punz before the season 2 finale... If you check what's in the payment, there are blocks of TNT. That is NOT something Tommy would use to pay someone, or at least I highly doubt that.

I liked to share some information about dream and punz. So not many people seem to know this but dream actually told punz to go against him, during when they met, punz said. “ I thought we were suppose to meet here ages ago.”MEANING that they already had a plan to meet. I’ve wasted so much time writing this, but this may support the, “Dream planned on going in prison” theory.

tommy went to the exile place to get the AXE OF PEACE, but Dream got to it first ... and then proceeds to give the Axe to Techno (the original owner) when he meets Sapnap... Techno was spying on them along with Tubbo
another thing: Awesame doesnt have Michael, Eret hid Michael cause they almost killed one time when a lot of people were playing with him
