I love when Cameron is in the videos! Even though he can't keep up with a lot of the moves, it doesn't take away from how much fun he has while dancing. And it definitely inspires me to care less about the exact right choreography and more about having fun 💕

Absolutely! 100% , I like to see lots of variety in dance styles (decent, good, bad, ugly, killing it, down right "get out of here and don't come back"..no though, for real, stay, I wouldn't say that to anyone! Lol) , and he was singing the entire time, he was having a blast and that is so much fun to watch! I'm not looking for perfection, but rather fun personalities!

Hi Caleb I work with adults with autism . We were looking for away to get them up and moving. So we pulled up this video and all of our student were up and moving. Thank you for doing these videos. We now do fitness Marshell Fridays with our student.

Love how you didn’t take this until everyone had it perfect. Everyone had their own pace, shows different ways of doing this while still being able to have fun. I get so intimidated by other workout videos and yours helps me feel like I don’t have to be “perfect”. ❤️

I kinda liked the guy on the left. I followed him, because I have chronic pain and so some of your moves are to much for me. His pace was perfect for me! Could you do a different “levels” based on difficulty?

Have you followed Yoga For Fibromyalgia here on youtube? Love her videos. I have chronic pain as well. Agree with what others have said, the other 2 people in the video are the easier "levels".
Zip - I was dx with a collagen disorder. Doctors have recommended to Not do yoga as this tends to be more damage to our bodies. We’re suppose to have an type of exercise mainly with no weights, no stretching, and is
low impact
