- Wish Kid Jon Jon came to California from Missouri after his wish to engineer a train through Donner Pass was granted.
Once he returned home, Jon Jon and his family skyped in during our exclusive breakfast event, Wake Up for Wishes. At this time they were able to share the impact a life-threatening medical condition can have on a family.

Howdy Jon Jon son that was amazing I'm so happy you have the chance to operate real equipment on the railroad I myself had a chance to drive three locomotives in California at a rare museum it was fun I really enjoyed it I only did it for 3 hours but the fact you got to do it for a week that's amazing you are a miracle and a blessing and an inspiration to all of us may the good Lord bless you your mom and your family I hope you become a real engineer someday on the railroad Happy Rose my friend keep on railroading and God bless you

I thank Make a Wish for the amazing journey they gave me. Just like my mom said no amount of money could of gave me that experience. I know I haven't been talking to my best friend Tyler, who was there with me the entire time. Dude if your out there call me or my mom you have her number
