I'm curious. Like another viewer said, they don't make poison like they used to. When I spray it can take BETTER than a week for decent results. After 10 days, if the results are poor I spray again. I'd rather do it 2 times than kill everything around it. Little areas of my shrubs were a little damaged due to the roots being affected by the heavy spraying. Do a follow up if it continued to work.
thegiftlady1 I just filmed one today. I’m trying the same thing with a different brand, Bonide. It’s made for sedge. The other weed killer has not changed since I filmed it. It killed the crabgrass but nothing else. I’m giving the Bonide a couple of days to work and will probably post that Sunday or Monday depending on the results.
2,4D is primarily for broadleaf weeds. Our local nursery says Sedgehammer is best for Sedge. I di like your roller idea, but I think Sedgehammer has to be watered in to apply.
HHmmmm not sure this is practical , the product begins to de-activate in contact with the soil. The best solution I've found for weeds when accessibility is good is the Red Dragon Flame Weeder, however you do need to mask off areas with a small piece of metal roofing to protect over scorch.
Hello Larry
Why didn't I think of that!

Make sure you keep it watered so it is growing when it takes the
killer
Great advice. That stuff is hard to kill. I found sedgeender works for me.

Great point! I used Sedgehammer this summer with great success and yes, it has to be mixed with water. Thanks for watching

NICHOLS RETIREMENT EMPIRE that’s probably why people are living longer!😂. Still not dying a week later.

I’ve thought those flame throwers were interesting but never tried one. The roller does the trick for me. Thanks for sharing
