Hi Brownells thank you for showing hk416's barrel. I never had experience with real guns but video like this helps me to learn about assault rifles a lot. Looking forward for your channel to grow big. 🔥
Caleb, excellent to see yooz guyz develop this upper. Better yet, how about a COMPLETE REVIEW on this system for us to know if we need this or want it. I'm thinking I need this one.
I love watching someone do what i love to do..... unfortunately i don't have an endless supply of guns to work on, but maybe i should be in shop were i can work on all types of guns for fun and also get paid a little scratch for it.... 🤔
For those (like me) with short attention span - how does the barrel/receiver/gas block all line up? Does the barrel align to the receiver? The Gas Block to the barrel? (I have a BRN-4 with 16 inch heavy barrel but MIGHT look at a barrel swap to lighter barrel). The alignment wasn't obvious to me in the video. I have to assume that there's some kind of barrel/receiver alignment feature?
Any plans to release these with an adjustable gas block and a little bit more attention given to the upper itself? Even the one in this video looks rough.
That upper looks so clean unlike the one being sold with all the machine marks

The only experience I had is disassembling ak-47(Not Functional just for training)
I don't have a brn upper but i enjoy learning how they operate. Always learn something new every day.

The right tools, a breaker bar not withstanding, and a little know-how makes all the difference.👌🏽✌🏾

I tighten my barrel nutz a little too much lol.... Hope my upper doesn't break when swapping my barrel
Great video!!👍🏼🤩 thank you
The hk416 barrel torque range is 70 ft/lbs with an alloted variance of 10%, friend. I assume it'd be the same for the brn4?
Using a hammer handle instead of a soft face dead blow hammer is a great way to raise splinters on the handle!

1:26 did you slip that in “de-vise”?
I love yall
thank you for this content! love it - and does any one know i i can fit an BRN-4 barrel in an Haenel CR223? cheers

Ever any option for 300blk?
Anyone know if HK BCG/bolts are compatible with the BRN4?
Is the 13.9 barrel profiled different? It looks like a lighter profile.
Yer wall clock needs a good battery !!
4:20 all day… Brownells what are you up to… 😅
A copper based anti seize i see... Was the original and works just as well as aluminum based.....
Seems like a 10" would be much more practical, giving some room and also covering the piston block
or even a 12.5"
