I’ve watched many of these videos, this is the one that’s a hard NO! That pizza was not it at all. Definitely had me with the fresh cut ingredients though, after that it went down hill.

@@tomrotterford4551 its true. I dont know the exact reason why. But i watch ben dean and whenever he gets pizza with pepperoni he comments about the fake pepperoni korea uses. Other stuff they use fresh but its the pepperoni even the hot dogs they use for certain street foods are more process. Maybe they arent really big consumers as the US in terms of those food. And they get the ok stuff to replace them
@@Bidenomics2024 bro , pepperoni is so easy for industries to make , and so cheap, it's not even worth making a lower quality pepperoni because then it would be crap. Pepperoni in general is already something industrialized and processed, and it's not that there's high quality pepperoni and loww quality.

Ok , if we were taking about salami, there , in that specific occasion, there are a lot of different qualities of salami, and by tasting each one, you can identify which one's better and Wich one looks more or less processed.
i would try the peperoni one. but with waaaay less peperoni on it.

Sorry but those pizzas look undigestible, and I'm a guy who eats a lot and loves fatty food. But come on, those toppings are such an exaggeration! How can you even feel any other taste when you have all that pepperoni there? And wouldn't you feel disgusted by all that pepperoni at once? A good pizza (and good dish in general) requires a balance. It's a pity because the dough and the technique you used to roll it out actually looked good, but I'm wondering who's going to notice there's a pizza under all that stuff :)

I guess I'm a NJ/NY pizza purist. I'm not much for the kitchen sink on my pie. Way too much topping. A great pizza can stand on it's own simplicity.
For me thats way to much pepperoni, i feel like a good pizza needs to have a good balance, somtimes less is more, but thats just my opinion.
