    What would you see the rates grow per gajam at Sri Bhramara Paradise (Edupugallu) and Sri Bhramara Regal City (Poranki) after 2 yrs? Currently i see the resales of Paradise going at 21k per gajam and around 27k-30k at Regal City. May i know what would be the rates during 2026 as per your knowledge and analysis?

      I know paradise venture, there is some resales available. In two years you can see some appreciation. May be 8000 - 10000 rs per square yard appreciation we can see in this venture. After enquiring regarding regal city i will update you.

    Property development and appreciation is not based universities in that location. Near IIT and gitam university Hyderabad (both located on national highway) even today per sq yrsd is 25-30,000/- There is also AIIMS in Hyderabad. Just adjoining AIIMS per sq yard cost only 25,000 rupees! Buy near IT SEZ, because only IT can generate income and employment. Only IT employees can get plot/house loans in crores.
