Doc, I was very surprised and delighted to find you had posted a video on the DSB. I live in Wisconsin, but I am a Dane by origin and learned to speak the lingo. I have been to Denmark several times and even got an invite into a class MZ in Odense! Unless I am mistaken, the fireworks paint scheme represents Denmark's victory Portugal in football (soccer) when we became the world champions. The class MY is a favorite of mine too! Oh, goodness... we lived pretty close to each other for awhile, maybe, as I roamed the hallowed (and ugly) halls of UW! You might be very right about why the fireworks scheme is there. The theory of "it's just there to be there" doesn't really make any sense to me! Thanks tons!

Haha! Yes.. that GN Empire Builder MY was used in a movie--_Dancer in the Dark_. Really odd but very cool! I use a Marklin Central Station 3+ and I enjoy it greatly!

I assume mine is the analog version, but we will see when it gets here. Did you add sound to yours, or did it come like that? The DSB MY and MV are basically the Danish Railways’ version of the Victorian Railway B Class and basically an F7 built for the European railway
