It's OK when you do these scenes of acting as long as your not spanking them because we all know the many "acting" videos are obviously stressing Mimi out!! She also used to put clothes covering the limbs completely so that they don't bite themselves. Although I don't see her channel anymore?? She did take care of her monkeys buying them lots and lots of new clothes and dresses, she sometimes used to change their clothes 3 times a day! She was good at getting them to fight with each other by making one jealous and pushing the other one away, like she was not going to feed it any food, and that used to get them very angry and the fights used to get vicious. But she always paired them for the fights with similar sizes. And she also taught them to walk on two legs and how to wait and be patient for food and other manners. They have another guy from the same country and he would teach people how to train your monkey. He said, he would keep the monkey hungry for a day or so, and then give them a spoon of yogurt making them stand for it, and you repeat that by taking one step after another with the monkey begging for food, and you give them a spoon of yogurt for standing and walking on two legs. He was very popular on YT I don't know if he is still on. His monkey was just like a little human boy. He, the monkey, used to walk to the store to buy things taking a basket and wearing shoes.
I noticed that all of them from Vietnam are all very good at training them. They also have a circus with dogs and monkeys. And occasionally a goat!

They should not be taught to walk upright by bipedal training, which is painful and damages the monkeys hips and spines. They should not be trained to carry out human activities. The monkeys on these video channels are poached from their mothers as tiny infants to be used and abused for money making youtube videos. When not being filmed, they are kept in cages for long periods of time. When the monkeys are no longer 'cute' or start to bite, become sexually mature and difficult to manage, they are dumped back into the forest to be attacked because they have no troop and to starve. No-one Who treats a non-human primate like this has any feelings or concern for them. It is all an act for the camera. @@pamfancher8552 If only...the regulations are so rarely enforced. The Judy Family's monkeys have recently been returned back to a life of abuse after they were confiscated for abuse and illegally keeping monkeys in domestic captivity. Sickening.
but it is psychological, I don't think it is a medical condition. 🙊 in captivity they mostly all have that problem. They say it is depression from not being in an environment they are not used to! Possible lack of female companionship. Although at the same time these two cannot be returned to the wild at this late a stage. They are incapable of taking care of themselves. They are used to baths and foods most of the day, sugary foods etc. They cannot make that transition. Usually after they start getting off milk is when they should be outdoors foraging for food. They also should have adults telling them what is safe and what is poisonous.
These two are past that stage and have to live as adults with humans.
