    The short answer is high risk factors, T4,3b, Emvi, and poorly differentiated, signet ring cell type, obstruction and sub optimal surgery ( R1 or D1 nodal clearance) are to be considered for adjv chemo. Risk related to molecular signatures /sequencing ( kras, nras, braf, msi etc )is still experimental and is helpful in stage 4 only.

    Please add the transcript. I can't understand much of this due to extremely fast talking. Sorry. I have stage 2 higher risk colon cancer and am now trying to decide whether or not to have chemo post surgery. I am trying to research as much as possible. Please help. Thank you.

      What's your risk factors, how are you doing, I had stage 2 colon cancer
