      It's Rihakuru. That is actually kind of a fish sauce.
      1. You can use to make a side dish using coconut and tadka of it.
      2. You can have it in raw form, in traditional cuisines it's consumed in raw form.
      3. Can use while making fish soup
      And many more ways....
      Some times it goes with maggi, noodle, etc... We eat it as a dip to crunchy snack.... Etc etc etc there is noway out of rihakuru...😅

    Wow! Fresh Tuna and you have got so many steaks, here in UK it is very expensive so only one or two pieces can be bought. Not sure about coconut oil and that also you used so much otherwise the recipe is very nice and simply delicious.

      Minicoy is very near to mali and its culture and language also. It is totally different from other islands in lakshadweep

      Choora will be different from other fishes. Its flesh is littlebit harder when cooked.
