Muy buenos consejos, como siempre. En mi caso, llevo lo del mantenimiento muy a raja tabla, intento hacerlo una vez cada mes o dos, aunque en los más alejados no siempre es posible hacerlo tan a menudo.

Así es. Nosotros solo mantenemos de forma regular los que tenemos cerca. Para el resto solo nos acercamos si alguien avisa en su registro y sospechamos que realmente puede haber un problema.
