My self confidence and self esteem is very low. Ill watch these motivational videos, get hyped up but then all of a sudden i become upset and start putting myself down. Im in high school and i dont want to end up alone or depressed. Ive tried to motivate myself to do something out of my comfort zone, like when i try to speak to the girl i like or if i look good enough or sound good enough to be accepted by others... i dont know how to fix this problem. Can any one of you guys help?

Well, neither does bathing - that’s why we recommend it daily.” So do the best you can and remember, that it may take a little time to get where you want to be, but if you pause and think for a moment, you will notice that you are no longer where you were, so don’t stop! But, Don’t focus on becoming the best, focus on doing your best and becoming the best will take care of itself. Before we have reached our success, we have faced so much hurdles. But that was what made us wiser and stronger. Let me share with you our success story. We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. We just graduated college as well. We started a cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night. We were living in our car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

Hey, Sorry for the late reply. I have partially done the challenge : I got into medicine in the university that I wanted. But now I am struggling with trying to keep my grade "high" and not slacking off ( the stay at home schooling doesn't help... ). So yeah, I am still alive and still chasing my dreams ( I am still far from any dream life but I am definetly closer than a year ago ) . I honestly wanna get past through the walls where I been living. This speech is giving me more hope for fighting for my dreams. I wanna start using my voice more, start writing again. Everyday since last month, I've felt like I been getting pushed to do something in life. I know I wasn't settle for the life that been pushed on to me. I kept on dreaming of dreams that can and could happen, I kept telling my brother that I know this isn't the life I not meant to have. I finally made him in a believer, he sees things in me. I want more in life, I wanna be in places where I never been before. I want to be happy and actually smile. Not to be afraid of being my true self around people. I want to be way more successful in life that I couldn't and wouldn't do in life.
Oh my gosh! I felt like this was directly coming from me!! Like I was one with who is speaking or like someone had tapped into my mind and soul with this speech! ...i still get little moments of my old self and I do know I'm still there and in that moment I feel EXACTLY what this is ...and then I go back to my current situation and I'm tired . I know I am different . I know I am here for a reason and I believe it's something big. I love martial arts. Last year I was practising martial arts deeply and was winning many tournaments. All of a sudden slowly I faced a lower back pain still it is there now. But I accept this challenge and I will become best martial artist than before. If anyone likes it fill the hope in my mind.
