I can definitely tell you've been decluttering your makeup. You don't seem to have nearly as much as you use to. Honestly i could careless if it looked like you had 2 ulta's in your beauty room. This is your job and you've earned everything you have. 👏 just something I noticed😉

People can’t really use the excuse of it being their job. RUclips isn’t my job and I have a lot of makeup..no where near that much, but still a lot. Also, there are so so many wonderful youtubers that have minimal makeup that still have amazing content. I mean, just be like “I love to collect makeup, SO WHAT?!” You know? Sounds a lot better then coming up with it’s my job excuses. I do t ever see anyone at their jobs having 1,000 of whatever is at their job lol 😂 you know? I think it would just be better if people said they love to collect. Sounds a lot more truthful, and understandable. My opinion though! Love these videos! Love declutters and organization vids too!!
@@JessieBurwell very true. An example is Jessica Braun. She has very minimal products and is always decluttering and still has amazing content. I love that she knows exactly what works for her and what doesn’t. She’s not afraid to let anything go.

I took my palettes out of drawer and stand them up between book ends. I have a "bookmark" that I move after I use a palette, so I know which one is next. If I find I'm skipping a palette a lot then time to declutter it. If I need a certain palette for a look it's easy to find.

That is great idea! I have a serious palette obsession these days (i guess like many now) so i bought an kitchen standing cabinet (basically a tall book shelve with doors) so i can file them like books and see them all, but still close the doors and keep up my room’s look. So i will try your tip to make sure to get good use out of all of them. 🧡👍

Can someone explain how you keep track of expiration dates on all these products. How would you know whats still good or expired. Thats a skill in itself keeping track. Amazing collection though. I prefer much smaller cause I would waste a lot. Being as your job requires wearing makeup more often. I get why you have so much. I literally cry everytime a product expires and I barely used it lol.
I don’t keep track of expiration dates on powder products because I feel like palettes usually last a lot longer then their expiration dates. I usually go by the way the palette performs and if the texture of the shadows starts to change then I know it’s expired. Cream products go bad faster so that’s probrally hard to keep track of

Since you mentioned the Burts Bees line I have to say the blushes are some of my favorite! They outlast a lot of the nicer ones in terms of still looking great hours later and are super pigmented!

Better than holding a hand mirror. When you are doing a liquid line its best to use one hand to hold the lid taught one for the liner. Getting one of those mirrors x

You aren't supposed to keep mascara longer than 6 weeks after use. Why do you have so many? Bacteria grows inside... Just throw the old ones out.. Good thing you get new ones all the time. 😘❤️

I LOVE these types of videos soo much. I have a really big collection as well and also have the ikea and container storage set ups so I love to see how other people organize. Love your collection! I understand youtube is your job, I was just curious why you would keep like 10 hula bronzers or 20 TF foundations? I know seasons change and our skin changes, it just made me think maybe you could donate some of the excess, especially with so many that are the same shade. I'm sure you already donate a lot and it is your money/PR to decide what to do with it...just something I noticed.
I agree, most of those duplicates will expire before they can get any use out of them

Guys, RUclips is her job. She needs to keep products for referencing in videos and such, as well as daily use (to be able to change out the products regularly). And, quite frankly, it is nobody’s business what she decides to do with her makeup collection. If she wants to donate, she will. If she wants to keep, she will. If she wants to declutter, then she will.
