@@padhmamadhan2313 yes brother. He is pointing various points/statement in polity which seems to be correct on the face of it but in reality they are incorrect. UPSC frame these type of statement to tricks the aspirant if they have shallow knowledge of the subject. Like you hear everywhere the term budger, even in newspaper it's always giver budget is presented but the term budget is nowhere mention in the constitution rather it's is annual financial statement(ar 112). So sir points out these types of statement. Just read the pdf you will get to know.

8:35 It's out of the jurisdiction of the supreme court. Decision of speaker in deciding whether a bill is money bill or not is last. and this decision cannot be challenged in any court.

Offcourse, the power of speaker to decide whether a bill is money bill or not is not arbitrary. Supreme court can review his decision.

According to Article 110 (3) of the Constitution, “if any question arises whether a Bill is a Money Bill or not, the decision of the Speaker of the House of the People thereon shall be final.”
However , in such a case Speaker is comparable to a tribunal and thus Judicial Review can be applied on money bill.
In Laxmikant it is written -
"His decision in this regard cannot be questioned in any court of law or in either house of Parliament or even the or even the President."

Initially sc didn't had power to review money bil. But in 2015,16 when introducing adhar as money bill challngd in SC (though it was upheld) SC enteratined it. Hence i think now sc has power to review money bill.

According to your question, recent controversy regarding money bill that is Aadhar as money Bill, which is pending in SC under Judicial Review.
Under judicial review the case of money bill(adhar) is pending ....it was passed as a packaged money bill so that they could avoid the that time opposition party majority in rajyasabha ...
Irony is now ...every where there is adhar card ...and the case is still pending with SC.😁

Yes supreme court can review the money bill the exclusive power of speaker to decide whether a bill is money bill or not is limited to parliament, it doesn't take away the judicial review power of the supreme court.

No, the Supreme Court of India cannot review a Money Bill passed by the Parliament of India. 👇
Article 110(4) of the Constitution states that if any question arises whether a Bill is a Money Bill or not, the decision of the Speaker of the Lok Sabha shall be final. Therefore, the Supreme Court cannot review the classification of a Bill as a Money Bill or its contents, as these are within the purview of the Lok Sabha.
However, if a Money Bill is challenged on the ground of violating the Constitution or any other law, the Supreme Court can examine such issues. But it cannot review the Bill purely on the basis of its content or whether it should have been classified as a Money Bill or not.
