This tutorial will show you how to generate or Gather Support Diagnostics Report to upload to the Telestream Support Team if you are experiencing issues with your Screenflow application such as crashing. If you go to the Community Forum and post an issue, they may request that you upload a Diagnostics Report and this tutorial will show you how to gather this report.

How to Gather Support Diagnostics in Screenflow 10:
1. Open Screenflow 10
2. Press & Hold the Shift Key on your keyboard
3. Click on ‘Help’ in the top menu
4. Click on ‘Gather Support Diagnostics’
5. Read the description in the pop-up window
6. Click on the ‘Gather’ button
7. Wait up to 2 minutes to process
8. A .zip file will be placed on desktop when completed
9. Upload the .zip file to Technical Support if requested
