It's actually a theme in these boss fights. When Peppina fights a boss and the transition to phase 2 occurs, the bosses from the original Pizza tower (that the bosses from the mod are genderswapped versions of) pop up in the background to watch the fight. Pepperman for Peppergirl, Vigilante for Vigil, Noise for Noise-chan (or Doise for Doise-chan if you are currently playing as Noise-chan) and Fake Peppino for Fake Peppina. Shame they never decided to make a genderswapped version of Pizzahead, which I would simply call Pizzagal.
