I have tried your fix and all works until the boot mode screen Unlike in your video where the system is accessing the USB drive and the update shows percentages, my system never leaves the BOOT MODE screen Any ideas
Best way to fix this crap printer is to throw it out your back door, drop it from a height, or drive over it with a truck or heavy equipment. I will post a video soon of this action! So tired of it crashing printing PDF's, taking forever and a year to boot (absolutely ridiculous), and now it has a scanner error and it needs a $450 part, which is more than I paid for it. It has not even been through 2 sets of toners yet. Further, The scan to email software is so out of date it's ridiculous with it's lack of security. NEVER AGAIN XEROX!!!
