The company has ripped ther earlier investor and is still investing and making money but we have not saw a dime for our investment. I have deep concern about the this company is treating investors.

If you are thinking stock exchange public, that can take decades to achieve and can only be fast tracked if a big corporations get in on the idea, which is what all investors are hoping for. I don't know what verbal diarrhoea you heard, maybe it came from Scott, the original co-founder? That's why he is no longer with the company.
The Directors of XYO should be alarmed enough by the number negative responses below - they need to provide a response about exactly where investors stand with their investment in XYO. I’m another who bought shares and got a lot of marketing paraphanalia like T shirt, cap and plastic tokens but still have no details of the value of the shares and the state of the XYO company. Lucky for them the company appears to be located in USA - in my country the govt authorities would be sending them a “please explain” prior to deregistration.

You can store your shares at Vertalo or transfer them to tZero trading platform to buy more or sell. Currently worth .24cent U.S down from $8 per share. Have faith, if it goes public, or a big corporate buys xyo, your 1000 shares will be priceless. Do you still have your certificate of ownership?
